We do not provide a cash refund when a parent or guardian changes their mind or decides the student will not attend.
A short, clear summary of what happens if a family changes its mind, transfers a booking, or TFY cannot provide a paid program.

The amount paid may instead be kept as credit for the student's next term or transferred to another student nominated by the purchaser.
If TFY cancels a paid service and cannot reasonably reschedule or supply it, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.
If a parent or guardian changes their mind, decides not to attend, or no longer needs the booking, TFY does not provide a cash refund. Please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Subject to class availability, the unused booking value may be:
A credit or transfer is not redeemable for cash. TFY will confirm the arrangement in writing, including the applicable program and available place.
A missed class caused by a student's absence does not qualify for a cash refund. Any make-up class or alternative arrangement depends on the written benefits and conditions of the student's specific program or membership.
If TFY cancels a class or program, we may first offer a reasonable rescheduled session or equivalent service. If the paid service cannot reasonably be rescheduled or supplied, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.
This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer remedies depend on the circumstances and whether a problem with a service is major or minor.
