Students are supervised during scheduled class times. Parents and guardians remain responsible before the class starts and after it finishes, including agreed drop-off and collection arrangements.
Staff, volunteers, students and visitors are expected to use respectful language, maintain appropriate boundaries, avoid bullying or discrimination and follow reasonable safety directions.
Practical sessions begin with age-appropriate instructions, equipment checks and operating boundaries. Students must stop an activity when directed by an instructor.
Promotional photography and video require separate parent or guardian consent. Declining promotional consent does not prevent a child from participating in a program.
Relevant health, allergy and emergency-contact information must be provided during enrolment. In an urgent situation we may contact emergency services while taking reasonable steps to contact the parent or guardian.
A child, parent, guardian, staff member or school partner can raise a concern. You do not need to prove that harm occurred before telling us.
